0.4 Installing the Javascript Automation Development Environment (JADE)

There are assignments in this course that will require the use of the Javascript Automation Development Environment (JADE) tool. This tool is installed in the same manner that the MyEducator Assessment Add-In was installed as shown in the previous section. To install JADE, complete the following steps.

  1. Open Excel and click the Insert tab.

  2. Click the Get Add-ins option.

  3. Click Store (if necessary), type “JADE” in the search field, and click the magnifying glass icon.

  4. When the JADE Add-in is found, click the Add button.

  5. Accept the License Agreement by clicking on Continue.

You should now see the JADE icon on the Home ribbon. Click on "Got it" to finalize.
