Your team is working on a project focusing on patient no-shows at a local clinic. During the Analyze phase, one of the possible Xs the team wanted to examine was how far out the staff scheduled the appointment. The theory was that the appointments further into the future would have a greater chance that a patient would not show. The team then collected some data on no-show rates on how far into the future the appointment was, graphed in the image below. What do you conclude about the team's theory?
